Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number.
Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time:
15–60 days, depending on the destination.
The estimated delivery time is calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
PERSISTINVISITING is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may occur when your order arrives in the destination country.
Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing payment. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check around your residence and contact your local delivery carrier.
